Start by creating an investor account. Once verified, you can browse available opportunities, review full due diligence materials, express interest in specific deals, and complete your investment through documented legal structures. Our team is available at every step to answer questions.

Minimums vary by opportunity and structure. Crowdfunding-structured deals may start from $5K, while direct JV or SPV participations typically range from $50K to $1M+. Each opportunity listing includes its specific minimum investment requirement.

Every opportunity goes through a multi-stage screening process: initial developer and project review, market feasibility analysis, financial modelling, legal structuring review, and third-party assessments where applicable. Only opportunities that meet our standards are presented to investors, and all deals include full risk disclosure.

CAC is a Dubai-based platform in its early stages. We are not currently registered as an investment advisor in any jurisdiction. Each investment opportunity is structured through SPVs or JVs that comply with the regulations of their respective jurisdictions. We maintain full AML/KYC compliance and work with qualified legal counsel in each market. We encourage all investors to seek independent legal and financial advice.

Developers and landowners can apply through our Partner Portal. After submitting your project details, the CAC team reviews your application (typically within 48 hours), conducts due diligence, and works with you to structure the opportunity for investors. We handle deal documentation, investor communications, and capital-raising logistics.
